go to Microsoft or Softpedia or Many other sites, Just download iso & install on any 2000-20006 machine, basicly chipsets 4,5,6, maybe even few weakee' 7XX. If had trouble with -=7=- before thin 32 bit is most likely IE9, Aero Glas & everythin -=7=- solution.
Saves cost of hardware upgrade for now.
