Unix is Trademark, opps, UNIX is trademark. Bell Labs/AT&T have been selling UNIX/Unix for long time.

First sold to public in 1969, Well, First being Unix 7. Multi Tasking, Multi User. mmmm.Ultee'.



Each generation takes ~8 years to finalize over last gen, so 7 generations x 8 years per gen=56 years out,in 1969 World+Unix. then forgotten until, 1986, 400+ Instructions of UNIX of Today was issued, then that Unix was also heralded as First Unix, ever.UNIX of 1969 ,When confornted, Stated: Older Unix models, are PreUNIX. well,Dah.
